Limited Liquor Licence
Alcohol is permitted to be consumed on our buses on some occasions. To do this you will need to apply for a Limited Liquor Licence for the day. Please read our Terms and Conditions prior to applying for your Limited Liquor Licence.
Follow this link to apply for your Limited Liquor Licence. You will need to have your credit card ready and your bus registration number which would of been supplied to you by our office when you paid your deposit on the bus.
A deposit of $300.00 is required to be paid to secure the bus booking. This becomes none refundable 2 weeks out from the travel date.
The refundable security bond of $300.00 is to be paid two weeks prior to the tour, which will be refunded after the travel date if there are no damages to the bus or venues visited.
The balance of payment will be required to be paid 7 days out from the travel date.
Adelaide RT Mini Bus encourages responsible consumption of alcohol.
As the responsible person, you will be responsible for the behaviour of everyone on your tour and the amount of alcohol they consume.
You will need to abide by the SA Liquor Licensing Laws, and Adelaide RT Mini Bus conditions.
Adelaide RT Mini Bus retains the right to withhold bond for any reasonable damages and mess incurred by the group.
After the trip if there is any clean up fee to be charged this will be automatically deducted from your bond or credit card and an invoice will be supplied. A standard clean up fee of $100 is charged if there is spillage or drink stains on seats or any vomiting.
Any repairs to vehicles or venues required will be charged over and above the standard clean up fee.
Red wine is not permitted on our buses and no smoking.
Under no circumstances are guests to take drinks into venues/wineries or consume alcohol outside of the bus, the Limited Liquor Licence only covers alcohol consumed on the bus.
Any bad behaviour by anyone in the group will result in the driver terminating the tour without notice and no refund will given.
By the booking of the bus and payment of the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions.

Every year on the June long weekend is the McLaren Vale Sea & Vines Festival
Each year some of South Australia’s best Restaurants set up among the vineyards to showcase their menus and match their dishes with the wines, making for a culinary delight. Add some entertainment and open fires and it is a must on everyone’s event calendar.
The McLaren Vale Sea & Vines Festival started out as the ‘Continuous Picnic’ weekend in 1992. Since then it has grown into one of South Australia’s most loved and anticipated food and wine events. Sunday events will be a very popular and we recommend that people book early.
Visitors are urged to plan their travel arrangements in advance by hiring a bus from Adelaide RT Mini Bus.

You must have a clear precise command of the English language as you will be the front line of our company
You must be computer literate and able to receive, print and reply to emails and open PDF attachments
You must own a smart phone and be able to read and reply promptly to sms messages
You could be semi retired and looking for a little extra work each week.
You will need to have had experience as a bus driver, ideally doing local or interstate sightseeing tours and you will need good people skills.
You must have above average knowledge of Adelaide and surrounds and able to work as a contractor with your own ABN number.
You will need to have your HR licence with SP or LP accreditation and DFC approval.
You will need to have your own transport to get to our Salisbury Depot
