Adelaide RT Mini Bus Terms and Conditions for Bus Hire and Tours
A deposit of $300.00 is required to be paid to secure the bus booking. This becomes none refundable 2 weeks out from the travel date.
The refundable security bond of $300.00 is to be paid two weeks prior to the tour, which will be refunded after the travel date if there are no damages to the bus or venues visited.
The balance of payment will be required to be paid 7 days out from the travel date.
Adelaide RT Mini Bus encourages responsible consumption of alcohol.
As the responsible person, you will be responsible for the behaviour of everyone on your tour and the amount of alcohol they consume.
You will need to abide by the SA Liquor Licensing Laws, and Adelaide RT Mini Bus conditions.
Adelaide RT Mini Bus retains the right to withhold bond for any reasonable damages and mess incurred by the group.
After the trip if there is any clean up fee to be charged this will be automatically deducted from your bond or credit card and an invoice will be supplied. A standard clean up fee of $100 is charged if there is spillage or drink stains on seats or any vomiting.
Any repairs to vehicles or venues required will be charged over and above the standard clean up fee.
Red wine is not permitted on our buses and no smoking.
Under no circumstances are guests to take drinks into venues/wineries or consume alcohol outside of the bus, the Limited Liquor Licence only covers alcohol consumed on the bus.
Any bad behaviour by anyone in the group will result in the driver terminating the tour without notice and no refund will given.
By the booking of the bus and payment of the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions.
